Eligibility:
The Brindleden 3-Month Membership Giveaway ("Giveaway") is open to legal residents of California residing in Santa Clara, Santa Cruz, San Mateo, San Francisco, or Alameda, who are 21 years of age or older at the time of entry. Void where prohibited by law. Employees of Brindleden, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members (spouses, parents, siblings, and children) are not eligible to participate.

How to Enter:
To enter the Giveaway, visit www.brindleden.com and click on "CONNECT" to submit your name, email address, and zip code through the designated entry form. By submitting your email address to receive news and updates from Brindleden, you will automatically be entered into the Giveaway. Only one entry per person. Multiple entries from the same person will be disqualified.

Entry Period:
The Giveaway begins on Monday, September 2, 2024, at 12:01 AM PST and will remain open until a future date to be communicated, with at least two weeks' notice of when the entry period will close. The drawing date will be announced once the entry period close date is set. All entries must be received during the Entry Period to be eligible.

Prize:
One (1) winner will receive a 3-month membership to Brindleden's private dog park. The membership is valid for one (1) dog only. Additional dogs within the same household are subject to standard additional membership fees. The prize has no monetary value, is non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or other goods or services, except as described below.

Eligibility Requirements for Prize Claim:
The sweepstakes winner must meet all membership requirements, which include providing proof of updated vaccinations (DHPP every 3 years, Bordetella every 6 months, and Rabies every 3 years), ensuring the dog is spayed or neutered, the dog must be older than four months, and passing a temperament assessment. If the dog does not meet these requirements, the winner may transfer the prize to a person of their choice who meets the membership requirements.

Winner Selection:
The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the Entry Period. The drawing will take place between January 1, 2025, and July 1, 2025, depending on Brindleden's operational timeline. The winner will be notified via email within five (5) business days of the drawing. The winner must respond and provide proof of residency and age within seven (7) days of notification. If the winner cannot be contacted, does not respond, or fails to provide the necessary documentation within the specified time frame, an alternate winner may be selected from the remaining eligible entries.

Odds of Winning:
The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
General Conditions:
By entering the Giveaway, participants agree to comply with and be bound by these Official Rules. Brindleden reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or violates these rules. All federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply. The winner is responsible for any applicable taxes and fees associated with the prize.

Privacy:
By entering the Giveaway, either by explicitly entering through the designated form or by signing up to receive news and updates from Brindleden, you consent to Brindleden’s collection, use, and sharing of your personal information for the purposes of administering the Giveaway and for other purposes as described in Brindleden’s [Privacy Policy](insert link to privacy policy). We do not sell your personal information to third parties. However, we may share your information with third-party service providers who assist us in administering the sweepstakes. Your personal information will be used to administer the sweepstakes, notify winners, and may be used for promotional purposes, such as updates about our products and services. We implement reasonable security measures to protect your personal information from unauthorized access and disclosure. However, no method of transmission over the internet is completely secure. Release and Limitations of Liability:
By participating in the Giveaway, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Brindleden, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all liability arising from the participation in the Giveaway or the acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize.

Publicity:
By entering this sweepstakes, entrants agree that if selected as a winner, their name and city of residence may be publicly announced and used in promotional materials related to this sweepstakes. This includes Brindleden’s direct communication channels (such as email and website) and social media channels.

Disputes:
Any disputes arising under these Official Rules or the Giveaway will be resolved in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any legal actions, suits, or proceedings arising out of or related to this Giveaway shall be brought exclusively in the federal or state courts located in California.

Void Where Prohibited:
The Giveaway is void where prohibited by law.
